2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued sunglasses. Sunglasses marked On Sale, Discontinued, No Longer In Stock, Sold Out or no longer listed on our on-line store are considered to be a discontinued. If the item is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 7-business days to receive an exchange for the same item.
3. Place items in original box or a similar well protected container. (do not use bubble bags as they are non-protective)
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Opting for Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as Savvi Shades can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.
5. Returns lacking a Merchandise Return Form may be refused

We do our very best to deliver all products defective-free. Prior to shipping your order we conduct a quality inspection on all items for defects. If you received a defective product, you must Contact Us within 2 business days of the receipt of your package so we can process a claim.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our payment processing system for various reasons. Some reasons for this are:

1. The item(s) was not in stock or available at the time your order was processed
2. There was difficulty in processing your payment information
3. We could not ship to the address provided
4. A duplicate order was placed and received
5. Customer requested the order be cancelled

If your order is cancelled, you will receive notice via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items, if a payment was processed you will receive a prompt refund. If your order was cancelled due to an out of stock item and you are interested in alternative product, please contact our Customer Service Specialist by e-mail for assistance OR place an order for the preferred item.
